Fukuchiyama's famous rice crackers with a simple and elegant taste
A Japanese confectionery established in 1920. The "Odori senbei" (dancing rice crackers), created by the founder in response to local people's requests, was devised to express the taste of "Fukuchiyama Ondo," a summer tradition, after much research while traveling around the country. It is a chicken-and-egg rice cracker carefully baked with carefully selected flour, sugar, eggs, honey, and baking soda, all blended in a unique ratio. They are popular as Fukuchiyama souvenirs because of their gentle taste and smooth texture, which allow you to feel the goodness of the simple ingredients. "Odori senbei" (dance crackers) in the photo are priced from 130 yen per piece (in-store price at the main store).
