Ikeda Sake Brewery

Junmai-shu with concentrated rice flavor that brings a smile to your face when you drink it.

A sake brewery established in 1879. The brewery's signature products are "Ikegumo" and "Kasa Ichiyo," both of which are junmai sake. Ikegumo" is characterized by a soft mouthfeel and a clean dry aftertaste. It is a perfect match for Japanese cuisine, with a flavor that is full of the umami of the rice. Kasa Ichiyo" has a fresh and refreshing sweetness that is easy to pair with Western cuisine.
