Because the company handles the entire process from purchasing to delivery and cooking in-house, customers can enjoy dishes using the highest quality eels at reasonable prices. The eels are grilled in the Kansai style using binchotan charcoal, and the crispy skin and plump meat are exquisite. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, including the famous oju, or hittu-mabushi, which uses a whole eel, and gozen, which can only be found at Hilton Plaza West Osaka.
