An exquisite eel with a skilled connoisseur
An eel restaurant run by a wholesaler that has been in business for more than 90 years. The eels, which weigh more than 300 grams, are carefully selected, and popular dishes include kabayaki and hitsumabushi with a secret sauce.
The 4380 yen Hitsumabushi is topped with a generous serving of chopped eel kabayaki. It can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, such as combining it with condiments or pouring tea over it.
The kaiseki course "Nogiku" (10,000 yen) is an extravagant combination of seasonal appetizers, sashimi, tempura and eel.
The eel, a skilled craftsman baked it all at once with the strong fire, has crispy skin and fluffy meat.
