Shio ramen with flavorful broth enriched by the taste of chicken
A popular shop with six stores in Osaka and Kyoto. I recommend, Shio Chashu-men covered by sliced pork. The light, yet golden soup with condensed chicken flavor goes well with the chewy, flat, medium-thick noodles. Toppings are served with chicken tenderloin, which is processed from chicken, for an even deeper flavor.

Moist rare pork topping. Try the yuzu pepper to change the taste! The sliced roast pork has a soft texture. For a taste change, try spicy yuzu pepper.

A purple noren hanging at the entrance is a landmark. If you go on a weekday, it is relatively easy to enter immediately after opening or after 13: 30.
