Lightly salted soup with the umami of chicken
A popular shop with six stores in Osaka and Kyoto. I recommend, Shio Chashu-men covered by sliced pork. The light, yet golden soup with condensed chicken flavor goes well with the chewy, flat, medium-thick noodles. Toppings are served with chicken tenderloin, which is processed from chicken, for an even deeper flavor.
The picture shows Shio Chashu-men for 1,150 yen with Flavored egg topping 100 yen.
The moist and tender chashu pork is very popular. We also recommend changing the flavor with yuzu kosho.
