An addictive rich soup of chicken and pork
Produced by a ramen restaurant listed in the "Michelin Guide Hyogo. The signature chicken white noodle soup is emulsified one cup at a time in a blender for a richer taste. I also recommend adding lemon and three kinds of vinegar to taste.

A thick soup made with chicken from Kagoshima and pork bones from Miyazaki and Oita over high heat is mixed well with medium-thick special noodles.
