A tower fifilled with the charm of Kyoto
It was completed in 1964, the year of the Tokyo Olympics. The motif is a lighthouse that illuminates the city of Kyoto, and its total height is 131 meters, the highest in the city of Kyoto. From the observation room that is 100 meters above ground, you can see a 360 degree panoramic view of Kyoto. The first to second basement levels are occupied by the commercial facility Kyoto Tower Sando, while the fifth to ninth floors are occupied by Kyoto Tower Hotel. Tickets to the observatory can also be purchased online.
