Obanzai & Wine Marriage
In the restaurant, which is a fusion of Kyoto machiya and modernism, you can enjoy pairing about 15 kinds of obanzai with your choice of compatible wines. In addition to a la carte dishes, the restaurant offers course menus priced at 5,000 yen, 7,000 yen, and 10,000 yen.

Yamagata beef, fresh yuba (yuba leaves), and kujo leeks are used, finished with Saikyo miso (soybean paste) with wine added, and grilled on a hoba grill.
In addition to nishin eggplant (825 yen), other dishes include dashimaki tamago (715 yen) and potato salad with pork soboro miso (770 yen).
Note the large table made by the washi artisan.
