An apparel shop run by Yamashiro, a sewing company founded in 1950. The store, which has been renovated from a Kyomachiya house, is lined with T-shirts, skirts and underwear featuring soft colors. All of them are made of yoryu (also known as' kyo-chijimi '), which is twisted yarn and creates bumps on the surface. The company focuses on the comfort of yoryu, which has been popular since the Edo period. The original method was used to create the dough. Yoryu garments that are breathable and quick-drying because they have less area to adhere to the skin. Get a smooth, cool piece that's perfect for the heat of Kyoto.
