You can enjoy a spectacular view of Lake Biwa right in front of you!
The facility stretches between Mt.Uchimi, 1108 meters above sea level, and Mt.Horai, 1174 meters above sea level. From April to November, visitors can enjoy a northsouth view of Lake Biwa from the Biwako Terrace. There are also a variety of activities.
During the winter season from December to March, it becomes an urban ski resort. Visitors can challenge the slopes overlooking Lake Biwa in winter and enjoy activities such as sledding. Ski and snowboard equipment and clothing are also available for rent.
