Learn how to make Edomae Sushi from a professional.
Opened in August 2024. In addition to being available as a sushi restaurant, there is a plan that allows customers to learn how to make sushi from a professional. At the end of the plan, you can actually make sushi and eat it. You are also free to take pictures during the experience.

We offer a selection of nigiri featuring seasonal fish for both lunch and dinner.
An optional matcha tea ceremony experience in the tea room, available with the sushi-making experience.
Located within the Kyoto Museum of Culture with excellent access. Feel free to drop by.
