This seafood restaurant uses fish and shellfish landed at the Maizuru Fishing Port. The owner runs a fresh fish restaurant and is a connoisseur of fish. The seafood is prepared and served by skilled chefs according to the fish and shellfish purchased each morning. The menu varies from day to day, so you may be able to taste rare fish. Enjoy the seasonal seafood to your heart's content, the more you chew, the more flavorful it becomes. Pairing with sake, of which there are always more than 40 varieties available, is also recommended.

The photo shows Kaisen-don (extra large bowl) 4,200 yen and assorted sashimi from 2,000 yen per person (varies according to the contents. The photo shows two servings). The Kaisen-don bowl is topped with a generous portion of thickly sliced sashimi, and the assorted sashimi has an irresistible crunchy texture that will fill your mouth with a sense of well-being.
