Specialty restaurant serving traditional eel dishes. Trained craftsmen carefully cook high-quality eels. We recommend the unaju or ohitsumabushi, which you can fully enjoy the kabayaki grilled with the secret sauce.

  The popular Ohitsumabushi (4000 yen) is eaten as is in the first dish, with condiments added in the second dish, and with tea and broth in the third dish. Add a little wasabi and the eel's flavor will be enhanced.

  Edogawa gozen 3800 yen. The Kabayaki eel comes with three kinds of sashimi, four kinds of tempura, a small dishes, soup, rice and pickles. The contents of the sashimi and small dishes vary from day to day.

  The Umaki, a roll of eel with rich flavor and a secret sauce, is 1300 yen per roll. Taste the delicate texture that melts gently in your mouth.
