Only carefully selected fresh motsu (offal) like small intestines, senmai, and honeycomb tripe are used.
A one-of-a-kind soy-based broth crafted by the okami (proprietress), passed down since the restaurant’s founding.
Loaded with local vegetables like cabbage and garlic chives—their rich flavor adds depth to the soup.

The most popular “Puri Puri Motsunabe Daimanzoku Course” features a full Hakata motsu nabe meal with tender, sweet-fatty offal, three selectable side dishes , Hakata silken tofu , and all-you-can-eat champon noodles.
The “Motsunabe Manzoku Course” offers a traditional full course using a mix of six types of offal, highlighting the rich flavors and textures of each cut.
Champon noodles are the classic motsunabe finisher—born here and simply irresistible.
