A popular restaurant specializing in omusubi that draws a long line. Their specialty is “Gochiso Yakimusubi,” rice coated with a special sauce, roasted over charcoal, and topped with a variety of side dishes. Tonjiru (pork miso soup) is also recommended.
The store always has around 20 varieties of omusubi lined up in a row.
One of the key points is that you can enjoy the spectacle of the cooking process in front of your eyes, where the special sauce is applied and the food is grilled over binchotan (binchotan charcoal).
The store is located in the Kobe Motomachi shopping district. There are stands and floor tables available for eating omusubi on the spot.
