Renovated in April 2024. The open deck area on the roof was newly built, and the observation floor and low-rise floor were also reborn. The beautiful appearance of the tower, which looks like a lengthened drum due to its hyperbolic structure, has earned it the nickname “the beauty of steel towers.
Observation floor + rooftop deck 1,200 yen, observation floor 1,000 yen.
A rotating café and bar that is rare in Japan. It rotates 360 degrees in about 30 minutes, allowing visitors to enjoy the scenery of Kobe.
