The history of coins at a glance!

The Mint Museum is the only Meiji-era brick Western-style building remaining on the Mint premises. The content allows visitors to watch the process of making coins on film and on display, as well as to experience the gold nuggets as they learn.Coins currently in circulation from Fuhonsen and Wado-kaichin coins will be on display.
