"átoa" is an aquarium where living creatures and art coexist. Celebrating its 5th anniversary in October 2026, the "Anniversary Year" is currently underway with collaborative merchandise sales and events. Create vivid travel memories in a world where aquariums, sound, and light merge.
The photo shows "PLANETS: Miracle Planet," one of Japan's largest spherical aquariums, located on the third floor. This zone is modeled after the world of space and the deep sea, and is enveloped in a veil of light created by mist and lasers.
We offer daily giant tortoise feeding experiences. Enjoy this rare opportunity. The experience will end when the food runs out. It may be canceled depending on the condition of the animals on display.
In the photo, you can experience feeding Aldabra giant tortoises komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) and lettuce, and even touch their shells. Pay attention to how they eat and how they breathe.
