A local favorite for its chicken broth ramen. Each bowl is individually emulsified to create a rich, deep flavor. You can also enjoy changing the flavor with lemon or three types of vinegar. With mostly table seating, it's a family-friendly option. Note that they only accept cash payments.
The photo shows the Tori Paitan Soba (chicken white soup) for 990 yen. It features a rich soup made by simmering chicken from Kagoshima and pork bones from Miyazaki and Oita over high heat. The noodles are custom-made and medium-thick to match the soup.
