Around Tofukuji Temple
Pray for beauty at a temple associated with the Imperial family
It is the head temple of the Sennyuji school of Shingon Buddhism. It was named "Sennyuji" because a pure spring gushed forth from one corner of the temple grounds. It is also known as "Godera" (the Imperial Temple) because it is the family temple of the Imperial family.
In autumn, the Gozasho Garden is colored by autumn leaves.
