Not only does it serve Kobe beef that meets strict standards, but it also boasts Mouriya's carefully selected A5-rank beef, handpicked by experienced connoisseurs. The course menu includes a choice of fillet or sirloin steak as the main course, along with amuse-bouche, hors d'oeuvres, and seasonal grilled vegetables.
