The photo shows an example of the 20,000 yen Omakase Ryuka course. The vinegared rice is a blend of Kanto-style vinegar using red vinegar and sweeter Kansai-style vinegar. The course includes 10 nigiri sushi, as well as a la carte dishes, sashimi, and grilled dishes.
