Located in the heart of Shijo Kawaramachi, this spacious restaurant can seat 60 people and can accommodate large groups. With temaki sushi (hand-rolled sushi), which is still relatively unknown overseas, as its main dish, and nigiri sushi and chirashizushi (chirashizushi) as well, you can enjoy Japanese sushi culture all in one place. Inside, you take off your shoes and the restaurant is equipped with traditional Japanese tatami seating as well as chair seating.
The photo shows the regular hand-rolled sushi course, which starts at 4,800 yen. The excitement of rolling your own sushi is exhilarating. Feel free to combine your favorite ingredients, such as tuna, sea urchin, and salmon roe.
