A new specialty from a long-established restaurant packed with "Hakata" flavor

Founded in 38, Ishimura Manseido's new classic "Iwaiute Sandwich" was born from the Hakata custom of "Hakata Teippon" at celebratory occasions. You can enjoy the satisfying texture that resembles the sound of clapping hands. This sweet, sandwiched between bittersweet caramel cream and caramelized walnuts, is rapidly gaining popularity as a Hakata souvenir.

The main store is located next to the mawaridome, the finale of the Hakata Gion Yamakasa festival.
Freshly made marshmallow sweets "Tsurunokoko" are only available at the main store
The store's signature product, "Tsurunoko," is a famous confectionery that has been loved in Hakata for over 100 years.
"Iwaute Sandwich" and "Tsuru no Ko" are also sold at the Hakata Station and Airport stores.
Shiomame Daifuku is a soft mochi rice cake mixed with salted beans and wrapped around smooth bean paste.
