The restaurant's specialty is "white tonkatsu," a pork cutlet with a crispy coating and juicy, light pink meat, deep-fried slowly in low-temperature oil. The Tenjin main store has been selected three times as one of Tabelog's Top 3 Tonkatsu Restaurants, and the Hakata Chikushiguchi store, a 3-minute walk from JR Hakata Station, is also popular for its homemade hamburgers and other dishes. The E・ZO Fukuoka store, which opened in 2025, is also gaining attention for its limited-time wagon sales inside the Mizuho PayPay Dome.
