This Tenjin restaurant is gaining popularity for offering carefully selected Kyushu-produced brand wagyu beef at reasonable prices. Their sukiyaki, featuring a special broth and rich-flavored "Ranou" brand eggs, enhances the deliciousness of the meat. Their shabu-shabu is irresistible with their original sesame sauce and ponzu sauce. They also offer a wide variety of Fukuoka-style dishes, such as gameni (a local stew) and dishes using plenty of mentaiko (spicy cod roe). The interior of the restaurant boldly uses Hakata-ori textiles from Nishimura Textile, creating a sophisticated space where tradition and modernity blend seamlessly, allowing you to enjoy an elegant time.

We offer carefully selected Japanese Black Wagyu beef as seared sushi. It's generously topped with rich, sweet sea urchin and salmon roe (the photo shows the beef before searing).
